Hallelu! Ensemble
“Hallelu!” means “Praise God”, and
the term is often used in Scripture as an invitation to the congregation to
join together to praise God. Our ensemble Hallelu! is dedicated to expanding
the musical horizons of our congregation through more recently-composed
music and new orchestrations of familiar worship music.
First Presbyterian’s “Hallelu!” Ensemble features both instrumentalists and
singers who bring a new sound and an enthusiasm to the worship service.
Singers of all ages from Grade 6 through adult are participating welcome.
and more voices are always needed. We are looking for guitarists, drummers,
bassists and keyboard players are welcome to join, as well as any other wind
or string instruments.
Hallelu! is suspending its regular Monday night rehearsals through the fall
and will meet on an as-needed basis. meets on Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. in
